I have a buyer for the below wheels but he doesn't want the tyres. Who'll give me $250 for them?

As you can see in the photos, the outsides have probably 80% tread and the insides have about 30% thread. When you remount them reverse the in and out (they are directional but not asymetric, so you can do this) and you will get tonnes of life from them.
