Help! 2pin harness under throttle body

While replacing the air filter this morning on my E30. I found this 2pin harness(disconnected) under the throttle body. Any idea where it suppose to plug in?

Does this go into a sleeve which is attached to the throttle position sensor wire as well?

If so then I just had a look and found it unplugged on my E30 as well

its not needed , just for a valve for emission stuff
