V8E30 18 Report post Posted September 10, 2013 I currently have grey BBS LM's with a polished lip. I want to get the wheels polished/painted to the same colour as the silver polished lip. What are the options for this? And who can do it in Auckland? Cheers!
2052NV 43 Report post Posted September 10, 2013 We use http://www.wheelfixit.co.nz/ at work they do a decent job at a decent price, top job with a top price http://www.arrowwheels.co.nz/ will be the people to see. Wheel fix it can also do many jobs where ever your car is as they have mobile painting trucks but i doubt they will be able to polish onsite, worth an ask though

Some noob at my mechanics put my wheels face down on gravel and scratched up the lips so they paid for Wheelfixit to come out and polish at my house. Did an excellent job, highly recommended. hybrid 1043 Report post Posted September 11, 2013 Julian Julian Julian .. haven't you learnt to have a set of "runner" wheels that go on the car when ever your cars out of your control? I learnt the hard way a few times until I started doing this... or just give you car to someone you trust instead.

Think the poor new kid that was responsible got an absolute roasting for it and rightly so!! Set of runner wheels sounds a good plan though - especially if I ever want to do some skids as well! haha
