Help failed wof

Hey guys, took my car for a wof and they said driver side has duel senitive seatbelt but passenger has single but ive never changed it? is this true it can fail wof over that.

That's because it's faulty.... now you will need to change it to get the WOF

No, the reason i thought it was bullshit is because he said bmws are made that way, so it seemed he was saying i failed wof because the way the e30 was made, but now thanks to glenn it seems its a fault, not what the wof inspector said.

No, thats what he said, he said it was made with a single passenger seatbelt, and failed because it needs to be duel, so just confused me.

I had my '88 Mirage fail because it didn't have a middle lap belt. Had to get one installed. Came like that from the factory and had never had a problem in 20 years of WOFs before. Very weird.
