E36 M3 3.0 third gear is getting slightly stuck

Woke up in the morning and started driving my beloved M3 to work and noticed slight difference in my gear change. In particular third gear got much tighter and sometimes gets kinda stuck and takes more force to change into forth. I have changed all the shifter bushes and installed new Z3M shifter with ZHF gear knob. All my engine and gear box mounts are brand new too. Can anyone suggest a reason why this might have happened?

Whats the best manual transmission oil for E36 M3??? Want to change my oil next week
