easy4life 2 Report post Posted June 16, 2014 the suspension is KW v2, I can get it certified at buyer's cost. (around $400ish)
qube 3570 Report post Posted June 16, 2014 It seems like a small price to pay as the owner, when youre selling a car worth 30k+... wouldnt it be peace of mind for prospective buyers to just get the cert done? Just a thought not having a go or anything
easy4life 2 Report post Posted June 17, 2014 Thanks for your bump. I can cover that for forum members I guess.
handgrenade 189 Report post Posted June 17, 2014 Uncertified adjustable suspension will get stickered if found. A requirement for a WOF .. A legitimate WOF
M3_Power 636 Report post Posted June 17, 2014 If this was my car I would pull the KWs out and put the stock suspension back in and let the purchaser decide if they want the aftermarket suspension - with adjustment in pricing to reflect this. No point getting it certed now only to have the next purchaser put more stuff on it and then finding themselves needing to cert again. You either sell a car fully modified with proper certification or you sell it as a stocker in my opinion. This is sort of half way house at the moment.
