Sticks14 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2014 Hi guys , while parked moving through the drive thru at McD's noticed a smell of what seemed like exhaust fumes or something similar ,then noticed fumes coming through my dash vents and even some out the edge of the bonnet. I turned off the fan for the vents waited a couple of minutes then it seemed to go away . temperature of the car etc all seemed normal according to the gauges . the car had been sitting for a week but I don't know if that makes any difference . any help appreciated thanks guys. twisted 45 Report post Posted February 13, 2014 6 or 8? Mine had tell tale burn marks on the headers from weeping rocker cover. Oddly, it's stopped doing it since oil change etc. Well be replacing gasket when I do the vanos, so no drama.
