WTB: E46 passenger side door brake/check

Passenger door's not holding open and with a little bit of googling it seems the problem is the door brake.

Looked around online and can only find ones in the US with the usual outrageous shipping prices.

Is there anywhere around here I can find one for a decent price? If not I'll settle for buying online. Cheers.
