Herbmiester 909 Report post Posted July 16, 2014 My E36 has no heat or A/C. The A/C button lights up when I press and the fan works fine in manual mode. The unit is the climate control with twin temperature dials out of a 94 325i Coupe. I have done a bit of research and I think it could be the heater valve is not working combined with the A/C needing to be re-gassed but I would appreciate anyone elses thoughts here before I start pulling things apart. The heater valve issue is really common, and easy to fix (with a replacement valve). i did mine on my M3 when i got it. http://bimmersport.co.nz/topic/48843-e36-m3-resto-mod/page-2#entry527611 Should be similar.
