Tony james 1 Report post Posted April 19, 2015 New to the forum. But have owned a fair few bmws. I have a 2000 e39 540i motorsport, nz new. I have all the parts to change my timing guides, just need the cam lock tools and vanos setup tools. Is their anyone on here that rents the tools out? As my engine is starting to rattle a Lil bit on start up and slightly when driving. Would be great if I could hire the tools rather than buy them and sort this noise out and have the piece of mind knowing my valves and pistons won't say hi. Cheers.
