RustyItalian 11 Report post Posted April 29, 2015 (edited) It is time to move on my 2005 BMW 530i Motorsport Touring. This car is a two owner NZ new car and is the revised model with push button start. It has the usual Motorsport options (seats, steering wheel, wheels, bodykit, suspension, black head lining).I've owned for around two years and the car is only for sale due to a new company car.The car has full service history, with BMW Newmarket up to around 130,000 km and by specialists since (current mileage 156000kms or so). Since I got it the servicing has included the mandatory gearbox and coolant services often overlooked on these cars. It has new disks, pads, belts and tensioners at around 133,000km. The car has a 6 speed tiptronic auto and is a delight to drive. It has served us well loaded up traveling on the open road. It has pneumatic self leveling rear suspension so self-adjusts no matter what you throw in the cavernous back. The 530i is the perfect model of the 5 Series. The 525i lacks the torque (I test drove a few), whilst the V8 models are heavier. It is better optioned than most NZ new cars (and certainly better than the imports), including the following:Head up display (speed, cruise control and nav directions).Professional navigation (with recent NZ maps).MP3 compatible 6 disk CD Changer.Motorsport memory seats in grey leather. Heated. Very comfy.Built-in retractable sunshades in rear doors.Voice control.Bluetooth handsfree phone.Parking sensors all around (with colour display on screen).Xenon head lights which turn with steering.18 inch wheels & Bridgestone tyres.Active Steering (variable ratio). Factory alarm. Alu cube aluminium interior trim. Lighting package, additional lights on door panels and wing mirror puddle lights. Multi-partition boot floor. Spare tyre (not all do). Too many airbags to count...This engine happily potters around town yet screams when you plant it.Here a few teaser photos. I'm getting it valeted Friday so I'll do a full run of decent pics after that. Asking $17000. Viewing is in Mangere Bridge or Auckland Airport. Feel free to PM queries. RustyItalian 11 Report post Posted April 29, 2015 Despite the interior photos it does have mats, the original black ones and a set of genuine gray ones that are two years old.
