Contrails 317 Report post Posted April 28, 2016 (edited) G'day everyone, The ABS light has illuminated on the dash, the car is a 1987 E28. The light only comes on when I start driving forward. But stays off during start and idle. With the help of another forum member, we cleaned the front left wheel speed sensor but the right sensor won't come off and seems to be permanently stuck. Any tips of getting this sensor off? From what I have read online, the plan is to take all four sensors offline and then attach them back in one by one and see when the light comes to diagnose the faulty one. And or, with the help of a voltmeter test the resistance of each sensor and the one that gives the erratic reading would most likely be the faulty one. Also, is it possible with the use of the diagnostic tool for the E28 to find the fault? Anyone had this issue before and tips as to what did you do to to rectify? Thanks Edited April 28, 2016 by Contrails
