2002 540i Motorsport

I need:
-Drivers side wing mirror lens. Must be in good condition to replace my damaged unit.

-Passengers side fog light. Must be in good condition to replace my damaged unit.

I have a spare aftermarket one. Doesnt have the auto dim. Originals are something silly like$500 each

Are the fog lights the same as the M5? I've got a E46 MtechII one which I know fits some 5 Series.
