Can you identify this stereo?

Hi guys,

Looking at buying a used 118i. It's a japanese import and looks like it has an aftermarket stereo or sat-nav fitted. Can anybody tell what make/model the stereo is and if it has an English language option?

Based on what I found on google, it looks like its not possible to update the software on these to English. Is that your thoughts as well?

Typical jap rubbish. Generally either cant be, or not worth converting. Better off just buying a new unit (its nothing special, just a normal double-din unit).
