topnotchrally 106 Report post Posted January 9, 2017 My 1999 523i wagon goes into limp mode as soon as I try to drive it away. It's idles fine after startup. The only code on the OBD2 is 505, ICV. I've had the intake apart and cleaned things and fixed some vacuum leaks but no luck. I think it would be nice to see the real codes from the BMW computer. Can anyone loan me a reader?
