Basically a engine swap to a m54b25 motor, 5 speed manual a pile of m sport stuff bumpers, grills and driving lights, clear indicator, side light, side skirts, late model tail lights red type, MFW, leather seats etc etc. First Rego Jan 2002 new NZ as a E46 316 Topaz Blue first owner female some 9 yrs a dealer next not sure of time, male 2yrs then myself. Has new WOF and Rego current speedo reads 220,000k motor changed 196,000. The motor had 108 when swapped over.
