lemusa 86 Report post Posted August 23, 2021 Aside from the obvious "clean the car more" is there anything I can do to prevent moss growing on the edges of the window seals of my e39? It just keeps coming back. The car is parked up on the south side of the house and doesn't get much sun but the other vehicles never get any. Twistee 405 Report post Posted August 29, 2021 Having been through this on a car I was storing on behalf my solution was a liberal post clean of a rubber safe exterior trim cleaner / protector. This was not a complete fix, but it slowed things down significantly and made removal with a soft wash very easy. Pretty sure it was just an over the counter item from Supercheap.
