E30 (M40B16) Camshaft locking plate and crankshaft locking pin

Hi guys,

Im looking in to doing the cambelt and associated bits on my  E30 116i and I'm struggling to figure out where I could find the camshaft locking plate and crankshaft locking pin that I need to hold everything in one place. Does anyone have some guidance? Cheers
