TLH 45 Report post Posted March 11, 2023 (edited) SOLD Complete Engine and gearbox with all the accessories removed from a 1990 535i, car had 162k miles but this car had extensive work done at 145k with the engine being fully blueprinted. See here for when it was last for sale Car had been manual converted since then and unfortunately was written off a few years ago, I brought it with the intention of putting the drive-train into another car I've got but haven't had the time. Was running before removal and has been stored in a container since, it's in very good condition and features the miller maf conversion. As for the gearbox I was told by the last owner it had less than 200k km, and has an aftermarket single mass flywheel. Unfortunately the oil cooler was damaged so that would need to be bypassed or swap to standard oil filter housing as well as one engine arm, for this I can include another pretty much complete M30 with a suspected blown head gasket for asking price. Also not pictured is the driveshaft which is included. I'm after $4000 at this stage, hard to find an engine in this condition and would be an awesome swap for the E30. I’d probably prefer to sell it as a full conversion, but for reference last kit I sold was $1500. Unfortunately not many people would see the value of this engine, which is why I’ve held on to it.
