problem with wheels turning (pls help)

I just installed some new wheels on my E46, and when I put the car in reverse , it made a weird noise and the left rear of the car raised a little bit before coming to a stop. ( video explains better -

Wrong wheel bolt/s (too long) and jamming the handbrake shoes.
