akapjay 41 Report post Posted September 9 Do you know of a decent sized roofbox available for sale? Can go pretty long 2+ m on the roof. We have OE BMW roof racks if that means anything. They're not slimline, or whispa or whatever the latest roof rack technology is. New/retail wise, any experience here with Hapro? They seem like a real good price point brand on paper. It replaced a Hapro I bought for $150 with a crack in it. “Welded” the crack with ski base repairer which worked a treat, gave it 2 coats of gloss black paint and later sold it for $380 in a dollar reserve auction disclosing it had been repaired. akapjay 41 Report post Posted October 16 (edited) I managed to snag a beast of a Thule box. It fit's all the kid's stuff in there, plus a guitar case, plus a set of golf clubs, plus a fold down step stool so my short ass can reach up to the box... And then some.
