Injector Issues at 200,000 km – Upgrade Suggestions? (E87 130i with Brinntech Headers)

Hey everyone,

My E87 130i is almost at 200,000 km, and one of the injectors has started playing up. I’ve got Brinntech headers installed, so I was wondering if there’s any benefit in upgrading all the injectors to something OEM plus while I’m at it? Has anyone here gone down that route, and if so, what would you recommend?

Unless you are running E85 or something, stock injectors are able to supply more than enough fuel. 

I had my N52 injectors cleaned and flow checked by - https://www.injectortech.co.nz/ did a good job.

Thanks, @Jacko, for all the advice over the past couple of years!

Good to know that the stock injectors can handle more than enough fuel. ’ll look into getting my N52 injectors cleaned and flow-checked, and I appreciate the recommendation for InjectorTech – sounds like they did a solid job.
