Link Makes me think hard about considering an e46 when it's time to replace the 325 in 24months or so. The only thing putting me off is maintenance - I can do 85% of e30 maintenance myself and learning more everytime I get under the thing. e46 I imagine would be a tad harder and secondhand parts a little more scarce and more expensive.
