E30 brake linkage in the way of clutch feed line

Recommended Posts

Starting to put my e30 back together but having an issue with the clutch master feed line from the reservoir rubbing/interfering with the brake linkage rod that runs across to the booster. I’m using the oem hose (from pelican parts) and the oem elbow, Sachs clutch master.

I think you've got the wrong connector. Possibly a difference between LHD and RHD, they are different P/N and look different. LHD doesn't have the brake booster rod passing through as it's direct on the pedal being LHD.

Yep that makes a lot of sense. Will head to bmw and see if they can get me the correct part. Thanks for clearing that up, and providing the part number I need!
