lordandrevv 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2006 hey, I thought i heard something weird happenin on my left, rear wheel. So i took it of and eventually found that the inner pad (one closer to the diff) is moving about 1, maybe 1.5 mm inside the caliper. It is in the right place, pad has a lot of 'meat' left... I'm just wondering if i should worry about it at all. Any help is welcome Cheers BTW its a 92 E34 525i
TronSpec 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2006 Most aftermarket Pads don't quite fit perfectly into the e30 calipers. You can buy this brake pad adhesive sh*t that you spray on the back of the pad and it make's it stick to the caliper and prevents pad rattle and most movement.. Worked a treat for me got it from BNT in whangarei
Carl 3 Report post Posted September 24, 2006 I have always had a tiny wee bit of movement in my rear pads but they won't go anywhere, they're sandwhiched in there fairly good
