they can fit each other,but PFL has two sensor in bellhouseing.because the ECU system is different.PFL use mototronic 1.1,crank sensor in gearbox bellhousing,FL use mototronic 1.3 sysstem.crank sensor position at crank pulley.

M20b25 885 head,u can put 320i "731"head to convert the ETA.but 885 it the best choice,bigger inlet and outlet valve.
