Nice headers/nice price Wayne. If i hadn't rebuilt/welded my steel set these would be going on the 318is, the stock steel headers are prone to cracking.

No probs Ian, you were lucky to grab the last M5 console. If you want to upgrade the air intake system before a remap you could improve the flow like Dinan systems.(just make it yourself)

Hope the 6 speed conversion falls into place for you, check with Ray he's done a few on 540's.

edit: Big block BMW V12 designed for McLaren F1, massive power for a large capacity (6064cc) engine back then,max pwr 627BHP @ 7400 rpm.Nice looking powerplant/inlet tract compared to modern plastic engines.
