Not sure of the guys name... They were building a house on the side of a cliff face in one of the Eastern bays. I went there, 4 story unit on the side of a cliff... access only by cable car. Looking at the picture... I would say that needs a professional repair. You will need special tools as well... Like an axle stand under the chassis & a proper jack before you end up hurting yourself as well. The wiring needs to come out starting from inside the door first and a pin punch and hammer is needed for the door brake pin to be released.

OEM = Dealer or the original manufacturer that made the specific part for the vehicle. The brembos are probably better because of the cooling you get from being slotted. I dont get any fade and they feel the same even after alot of heavy braking.

Get it checked out. Sounds like an exhaust vibration with it resonating between 1,800 & 2,500 rpm BTW: Mechanics normaly only turn radios down so they can hear properly

Wear sensors on R/H drive cars are on the L/H front & R/H rear L/H drive cars are opposite Sounds like someones been playing with you car ie: Dodgy Motors Ltd

Sorry..thats not right. Coded= Key with chip and cut to chassis number. Initialising is changing the rolling code to activate remote functions. BMW's come plug and play apart from initialising the remote functions VW Audi are different (I just noticed your profile info)

Ordering by chassis # the key comes coded and cut...just needs to be initialised thats all

I'd go genuine on a waterpump...so much crap out there. Water pumps are like oil pumps...the heart of reliability

Could be alot of things...something loose, oil ?, something touching the driveshaft. Get the guys who fitted it for you to check it out. If all else fails....turn the radio up You sure its the gearbox and not the diff or axle bearings ?

I'm told my new scanner will do it, however I'm unsure about it. We get training on the new features either this saturday or next. Theres just so much more to learn with this. Other than that I don't know if anyone else can do it. Our locksmith can cut them too
