I bought whole new wiper arms incling blades to try and fix my prob of screetching wipers, but it hasnt fixed it. My mums e36 has the same prob. are the wipers being pushed too hard on the glass? Would rainex lube the screen and stop it? Please help its driving me crazy! :drunk:

Any one bought badges off the net/ ebay? I was gonna go to Jerry C's or Team Mac is tha hizzouse, but they are lying with $70 each. Anyone else got any suggestions? Ebay has some for like $25... carbon fibre too

Took it to BMWorkshop. Rack was dead, and neede re chroming(?). Hope i wasnt swindled but it cost .... $1039!!! Ouch :banghead:

well i knew it was dead when i bought it but it only leaked slowly. Now it pisses out, something happened cause this has only happened in the last day.

My power steering was leaking for ages. Top up every month or so and it was fine. Now its blown out and leaks in a puddle. empties in like a day! any ideas short of a mechanic?

Its wicked, tricked out to the dayz bro. You need a DTM wing and some undercar neons to set it off at night too. Bet its got a mean worked motor too? Are those the light weight chomes? Chromes make your car faster because the smooth crome surface decreases the drag co-efficient. :thumb:

they guy i bought it off did it. They are like new, but totally stock. all good. Mine has white dials too. the front splitter has been painted with chip prrof sh*t. apart from that its stock

Mine was $10k. It has done very high kays (300), but i looked for about 8 months. Mine has a FULL service history from 1986 and has had stuff like new head and a lot of common faults fixed. My theory was that its better to get one that has had all this done rather than a one that had done 180km and everything is about to go. Mine is mint. Had seats reuphostlered to standard and not a spot of rust on it. :mosh: Had a guy yesterday pull up next to me and ask if he could buy it. funny coz thats what i used to do.. plus 300k is only 16k a year

:thumb: BMWorkshop did my cam belt in my m325i about 3 months ago. They reckon im am the luckiest guy they have ever seen. They pushed it into the garage, (i thought it was overkill), then theyreckon cam belt just fell apart when they opened it. Cost me $340 and they did it in one day. Very pleased with their service, iwould also recommend them.

i glued it back on, used black vivid on the bit that was missing. Looks ok surprisingly. Now i have a m325i Rangi edition

Caining round waitakere roads, hit a bit of a pot hole, noticed this thing hit my bonnet. when i stopped i realised it was the BMW badge off the front, not the badge itself but the top bit. So all that is left is a crome BMW badge, no colour but all texture if u know what i mean. Went back and actually fount it on the side of the road, but its f*ckd. Know where/ if u can get just the plastic bit? or what about whole badges?

if thats $6k, what is this worth? Car it has done 300km, NZ new, full service history from 1986 from Jerry clayton. Its in way better nick than one with half the kays....
