hey man, just out of interest, do you get the chance to drive as fast as you like on the autobahns, or is there just so much traffic you find yourself having to drive at a reasonably slowish speed anyway? On the most parts of the Autobahn's you can drive as fast as you want.Only around the cities are 130 km/h limits. It sounds crazy, but you can pass a policecar with 250 km/h on your speedo. As long as you behave yourself, they will let you enjoy your ride. At nights you can just drive as fast as your car can do without that much traffic. Because the M3 CSL lapped the Nordschleife in 7m 50. Porsche had to make an answer with that white Porsche 996 GT3 RS. This RS version of the GT3 can do a lap in 7m 44s. The normal GT3 did it in 7m 54s I have some great videos of GT3's doing a lap. Say yes, and i will bring them to Bimmersport NZ Gr, Marcel ps Yes, it's very hard to live 3 hours from the Ring. Especialy on those german autobahns without speedlimits

I'm looking for a set of new tyres as well. I don't want to have my current tyres again. (Pirelli P Zero Nero's) Any idea's from NZ? I'm thinking of Pirelli P Zero Rosso's / Michelin Pilot Sports or Bridgestone Potenza S-03's on my 17" M3 Motorsport wheels. (235/40/17) Gr, Marcel

As you can see, there's a lot of trafic on the circuit sometimes. They call those day's Touristen Fahrten, (Tourist Drives). Everybody is alowed to drive around as long they have a minimum speed of 70 km/h at the straights. Sometimes you can even see Touring busses with a group of tourists inside The main problem is the diferent lines of the car's ande motorbikes at the corners. Believe me guy's. There is a heaven on earth. We call it Nordschleife I was reading the German magazine SportAuto. Last month there was a test between the BMW M3 CSL and the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale. The M3 did a round on the Nurburgring in 7m 50 !!! (one round!!) The Ferrari needed 7m 56 seconds!!! I think they have to do there homework at Maranello again Gr, Marcel

I like this video a lot, even he's not driving to the max and sometimes cruising at a wrong gear. The car just sounds so beautiful The car has a brake upgrade from Mo'vit. As you can see on the video. He has a moment behind a new e60 5 serie. (close at Wehrseifen). If you look good, you can see that there is a big bike crash in front of the two Bimmers. Here in Europe is a big discussion about this video. The guy in this CSL should stop and give first-aid help to the bikers. Gr, Marcel
