You think so? In the first vid it looks like they are just crawling along. Depends on the lens focal lenght really, wide lens' are great for distorting true speed.

That E39 video is AWESOME. So much grip... The driver does very well. Do want an HD camera.

His pitstop time was almost 14seconds, that's 7-8 more than usual. And he would have won because there's no way to overtake that genius, especially on that circuit.

I'd guess rear wheels not balanced correctly, you wouldn't feel that through the steering wheel and it is hard to tell where it comes from. There's not really much it could be though haha.. That and a munted Guibo/CSB is about it.

Hamilton was definitely the fastest, but he bad-lucked out with a SHOCKING pit stop - they had the wheels in the tire warmers inside the shed when he pulled up to get them put on the car.. Costly. It happens so fast no lights come on.. Really lurches in 2nd gear when it cuts haha, it's like the injectors just switch off for 0.3 secs, hasn't happened for a week now though. Have had a few issues with electrics every since putting solid engine mounts in, nuts must be backing off all over the place!

Oh yeah? Haha I got this tripod for free and I'm impressed with the quality, I use it a lot with a SLR too. The tripod doesn't move at all when jammed in properly, although I don't intend to test this in a rollover accident.. At least if the camera goes flying around the cabin, I know it will survive

It is incredibly agile for a road car, I don't know many others that could be driven with disregard for steering speed like this. And the track video will be coming Mid-September. Will have power oversteer on every corner of Ruapuna if things go to plan.

My car, on the odd occasion, loses engine power for about half a second while driving. The Tacho drops to zero then the car instantly comes back on. Who reckons fuel pump? *Actually, thinking about that more, must be more too it than the fuel pump, the tacho dies too...
