+1that black e46!

only a 2lt atm... might go stroker or m50
-
Would like to buy an FL front lip or an IS front lip.
-
I've just brought another e30 and lucky enough for me it came on some 15" BBS RM's and they look like they have never been split.
I was just wondering is there any places that sell 2.5" or 3" lips apart from ebay??
Also looking for some center caps
Cheers
-
Are the e30 sedan and coupe's carpet the same? length/width? And also does it matter if its PFL carpet in a FL car??
Cheers
-
Still making these??

Love it! The colour is awesome!

So I sold the wagon and needed a daily driver for awhile so I picked this up of a mate...... (this is the only photo I have)
He was a little gutted and started to um & ar about it but in the end he let me have it.
I have a few ideas for it but nothing is set in concrete..
- IS lip & SE sides
- 2.5 inch lips and a full refurb for the RM's
- Lower it a little bit
- Smiley lights
- Colour code the bumpers
- Probs black out all the chrome
- Maybe m50 or 2.8 stroker..... and a turbo
Or I might sell it as I really would like and e28...
Any idea's or suggestions welcome

Quote from bimmerforums.com
So long as you don't have an xi, they will fit and in fact, the OE springs are different between sedan and the touring, but if you delve in to details of many of the aftermarket kits, you'll find out the same springs are used.
Of course, you should remember that compared to a sedan, the touring is heavier and has proportionally more wieght on the rear axle. So when considering your expected "drop" you car will be slightly lower in the rear and slightly higher in the front when compared with a similar sedan.

He's havin' a chuckle on your behalf me thinks.
What ya have to do is think "what would happen if i hit a pedestrian with no front bar". Not allowed any sharp edges or protrusions.
Aw I thought is sounded funny when he said it.
But I did have the front bar on, I just didn't have the plastic cover. Would that make a difference??
-
LOL that's pretty pathetic. Regardless if you have a front bumper or not, if your going to hit a pedestrian the chances of survival are slim. Sheesh. Car looked cool though, I drove straight past you in mine, you didn't look too happy ha
Yeah had just finished one of my exams. .... I'd just walked out, jumped in the car and was about to start to drive off when the cop pulls out from Mc D's..... and what do you know the lights turn on and he points at me. wasn't to happy...
-
Certainly is.
Aw, I was told as long as you have your licence plate visible and you have the bumper on (I was missing the plastic cover over the front that covers the actual bumper) it is allowed while its getting repaired??
Or is my boss just trying to get me a ticket??
-
That would be me....... No Front bumper is apparently illegal?. Even with number plate showing in visible area... and they thought it needed certing for the lowness.

I think it might be a little to low for my liking but it will do for now. Will start on the interior next week when my exams are over .
P.S If a moderator could move this into the 'Projects' section that would be awesome!
