Cheers mate, The puddle's been there for months! It's the only time I've noticed it leaking from the head. I've check for smoke a few times and nothing shows up. It started to overheat in traffic over the weekend, but once I started picking up speed, the needle goes straight down to around one quarter.. I've topped the radiator up with water and topped the oil up - seems to be fine! Can't figure it out!

Hey there, Went to check my oil levels today and noticed a small puddle of coolant near the bottom of the head! I wiped it clean to see if I could locate the source. I noticed it was leaking out from what looks to be the head - I'm not a car buff! :S If anyone could put me in the correct direction, It would be much appreciated! Cheers.

Hey guys, I've recently bought a set of 13" x 6 - 2 piece wheels from Japan and am looking to sell them or swap for a different set. They also came with a set of 4x114.3 to 4x100 15mm adapters. The wheels came from Japan looking pretty worn and run down, I've since taken them apart, cleaned them and are looking a lot better! If anyone is interested in buying them or swapping for a set you have I could be keen! Ideally I'm after a set of 15" - any style.. Maybe bbs or alpina reps. Give me a call or text if you're interested: 021 1000 552 - If you're interested, you're more than welcome to come and have a look. Cheers lads. Looking for: $550 ONO

Thanks heaps guys! I'd say it's sticky throttle cable Had a look and doesn't look like any fraying has occurred. But when I manually rev the engine while it's off, the cable becomes loose and detaches! Cheers again.

Hey guys, I was coming off the motorway yesterday in fifth, I needed to slow down so changed into fourth, when I put my foot on the clutch the revs started rising to about 4500, I put it in neutral and the revs would maintain 4-5000 revs! I drove for about 800m and every time I changed gears the revs would rise to 4k. I managed to pull over and stall the car to turn it off, but even in neutral the car would rev very high without my foot on the gas! Very strange. I left the car off for around 40mins, started her up and was fine! Even went to Penrose and back with no issues. My car is an 82 E21 - m10 1.8 carbureted. I've done some research and think it could be a vacuum leak from the manifold - but couldn't find anything loose.. Possibly m/t fluid.. not sure If anyone has any knowledge around this or knows anyone that could have a check it would be much appreciated. Cheers guys.

Hey guys, I'm currently selling my 'Redline Performance Inlet Manifold'. It's brand new, never been used, I bought it for $740 but will sell it for $600 ono. Selling as I no longer have use for it. Incredibly well designed and manufactured twin sidedraft intake manifold to suit weber dcoe or dellorto dhla carbs. Perfect for an M10 Engine. If you're serious about putting in an offer, please call me on: (021) 1000 552. Cheers, Jack.

Hello, I am currently in desperate need for a working M10 1.8 engine to fit in an '82 E21. If anyone knows any information on the whereabouts of one, please let me know! I'm located on the North Shore, Auckland. Cheers people, Jack.

Hi guys, I've recently decided to upgrade my M10 by adding new carbs + cams + double weber kit and am idealy looking for a running M10 block in good condition. If anyone has any info, please let me know. Cheers, Jack.

It may take me a while, but I really want this engine! Do you know anyone who would be able to fit the engine into an e21? Cheers.
-
Thanks for the advise man! I've heard mixed opinions about the M10, some people say you can get over 200hp + (rich Americans), but the majority of people say the same as you. Do you know if an M20 is an easy swap? Did you swap the engine in your e21? Thanks again mate.

Hi all, I've been looking into upgrading my current M10 engine instead of a swap, but I'm not 100% sure on what the best way is to go about upgrading/getting as much power out of it as possible. I've had a quick look at a pair of 2002 Twin Carb Manifold for an M10 Engine, DCOE Dual Sidraft MANIFOLD and LINKAGE Kit which are for sale online but am still unsure if it's the best way to go about things... If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.

Hey people, I'm pretty new here, so I just wanted to let you know that I'm not too shabby with photoshop, so if any of you need some 'digital' editing! Just flick me a message and I'll try and help you as much as possible. Also if you need any other work out side of the forum eg: logo's, flyers, print work. I'm sure we can work something out! Cheers. Here are a few examples of my work, I hope you enjoy:

Thanks for the advise mate. I've looked into m42 before and I think this will probably be the best option!

Hey guys and girls, I was wondering if anyone had much knowledge in the way of engine swaps for an '82 e21? The motor I have at the moment runs fine but I'm looking to change the engine so I can get some more power behind the wheels. I've done some research on what people have swapped in there e21's, but couldn't find too much on a 316. I was basically wondering what the easiest/cheapest engine would be to chuck in there? also will be looking to turbo it at a later date... Cheers guys.

Cheers mate. You have a very nice looking e21 man! Loving the BBS's.. I've seen your car a few times driving around town haha. I'll upload some more soon.

Cheers! The door was fine when I first bought it, but randomly misaligned one day! I managed to fiddle around with the hinge and added two door stoppers. It now shuts fine thanks!
