Looking to buy e30 front struts which are 51mm. I have a pair at home but the left side is rusted or on its way. So need to replace it before i assemble it together Would be intrested in buy just the left strut but if your selling both. Il consider it. If caliper and rotor and wheel bearing included then thats a plus.

I dont need a fast car. iwas thinkin of having a 5seris as a daily. Because i got my e30 getting rebuilt. Dont ask whats in it yet. But il make sure il post the build. As for the 5series. il look for the 2.2liter one and the 525i and go from there. Its only or mostly going to be commuting from devonport to manukau

Just thinking about getting a daily and the e39 looks pretty good. Just did research on which is better in fuel econmy. and all im finding is arguments over manual vs auto and torque converters with massive essays. both of them auto both 2000 + 520i vs 525i on fuel econmy and reliability Cheers and if you have a 520i or 525i for sale please let me knw. So tonight its like 1am I started working on it from 5pm Ive done a diff change and rear brakes from drum to disk. With braided lines and brand new rotors etc. On the drivers side everything just popped into place. BUT on the passenger side the axle wont go all the way thru. There was slight rust on the teeth i tried wire brushing it. And it went halve way in okey but like there a 1/4 or half a inch gap before the axle is sitting flush with the diff. Do i need to use a bigger hammer? Excuse my english im tried.
