on my car atm i have one that is too small for my number plate, and the plate has been bent to fit into the gap(by previous owner) This is the one i have now And i want this one(or similar) i need one to fit a 89 facelift e30 Thanks

I brought one of these about 2 years ago, and to be honest ive given it complete assholes since ive had it and it is yet to fail me, would fully recommend it. And it has a real engine!

Hey, im after a e30 short shifter if anyone has one that they dont use, i will gladly buy it for the right price on a side not anyone have any experiences with these shifters? Are they any good or junk? Trademe shifter Also if anyone has new bushings lying around ill trade them for $$$

Fixed It! Pulled these two wires through a bit more and found they had both rubbed through, insulated them and replaced a blown fuse and all back to normal. Thanks for the help guys

Video They move when i poke at the two wires going in between the gear stick boot/gaiter

So i was trying to get my reverse lights going, testing the power at the plug under the gear stick boot. All was good untill i took it for a drive a few hours later and found there was a problem with the speedo cluster and heater. With the cluster the speedo reads fine, as it always has. The temp gauge compleatly dosnt move. Both the rev and fuel gauge go on and off when i move the wires under the gear stick boot, but the petrol only reads half of what it actually is. And the inspection light no longer illuminates. Also the heater fan has stoped going on all settings, and the washer bottle light has came on even tho its full. Dose anyone have any idea whats going on and how to fix? i havent yet checked the fusses, not sure what ones to check, just going to do them all tomorrow. Any input appreciated, will try to upload a video tonight, if not tomorow 89'E30 320i with m20b25 engine with stroker kit

Yea i know about the brakes, they are fine, replaced just recently. Guessing just a dodgy connection somewhere, im not at all worried about it

Recently brought me a E30, loving every moment im in it. only one thing thats nagging me, the valve chatter im getting(well at least i think its that). The video dose not it justice, its alot more noticeable actually being in the car. i done a bit of research and found out its pretty common to get valve noise in E30's but want another opinion on it to put my mind at ease. Im planing to do a check/adjustment on the valve clearances this coming weekend in hope to rid the noise Car specs 89 320i E30, 325i engine, M52b28 crankshaft now 2.8L Thanks
