How low is your car? Depends on how much work is needed to get the cert. Is it the same as the latest photos you have posted? Could be looking at $400 cert + another $300-400 for other stuff that will be need to be done. If I was you i would save up and get a cert.

Got them put on both of my cars for mainly that reason.

Yes, but i really wanted 16" for the e30. But i do prefer these over the bbs reps. May put on my wider spacers, and flare the guards more in the rear. (picture with 20mm spacers) IS' lip will finish off the kit.

from free to big $$$ Just depends on your budget, but i would say around $1600 with a cert. I had an e39 few years ago, on a set of 18x9.5 and got her low for about $400 with no cert. Or bags, or coil overs which would be over 2k So saying that if you want to get her cert you have to pay alot more to have it at LVTA standards.
