Eclipse cd3434 worked for me in the end, lots of potential to expand
and doesnt look too out of place, personally i dont need cartoons and displays when i drive

shameless plug
Beaurepaires have 12 months interest free finance on at the moment
and can get the bmw replicas from www.bgworldwheels.co.nz
the routecompany ones
also, you can get your finance approved online before you even rock into the store
so you don't get denied in public (which is nice believe me)
www.beaurepaires.co.nz
sorry andrew more a helpful tip than out and out advertising

depending on what you have wedged in there you might get away with trimming the plastic tabs where the rear bumper meets the wheel arch.
thats where mine rubs with a full load of ppl, just about worn it off now

the super size me guy was a pussy
his misses was vegan which pretty much means he is.
I'd own that challenge, smoke some cigarettes, and run a 1/2 marathon

The really sad bit about all of this is a bunch of scrotums are affecting your choice of car.
If someone wants in, I dont think its going to matter if its conv or not.
bastards certainly didnt think twice about smashing the window on mine.
thread wires through the canvas and hook it up to a battery, it will give any clown with a knife a helluva surprise.

cool another E36, I seem to be the only one that actually turns up in one at the welly events. so come on down next time we do something.
-
its going to look pretty sharp, good job mate

I only go out with girls who smoke because I can't be arsed taking sh*t about it.
and it makes you look cooler and tougher.
that said, I still like the no smoking in bars thing, it helps me cut down a hell of a lot, maybe one smoke an hour now instead of incessant chain smoking.
well except when bars smell like feet, then a nice masking odour of smoke is not a bad thing

I'll do whatever job has the most power and the least responsiblity.

that will do it, its just visual merchandising 101
used to work on a dealership in greenlane years ago, and the boss would have us
shifting cars around for hours to get it just right

Shelly Bmw is pretty boring although their showroom doesn't help much, you cant see much when you are driving past.
their new one is being built as we speak a couple of doors up from me
so will be watching with interest, artists rendition looks ok
but they do seem to have boring cars don't they.
If it was me it would be chocka block with M3 csl's M5's etc.......

Nice and light now, did you drive it there (even though that would be naughty)

Great question.
best grip in a road legal tyre - Dunlop Direzza DZ02G (competition tyre)
shameless quote from Jim Richards "the best targa tyre I've ever used"
come in a few different compounds.
Durability usually means cheap - but my Direzza DZ101s have been lasting me pretty well, up to 30k now and probably another 10-15k in them
depending on how many track days I do on them. and are a bloody good tyre.
although I'm going to try the sportmaxx next and see what thats like.
as to the Hardest wearing tyre, I'm not really sure. but if you look after any tyre with a wheel alignment at least once a year and rotate them every 5k you can get alot more out of your tyres, if you have Directional tyres, get them flipped on the rim so you can swap them diagonally when you rotate them.
Tyre Experts, some people are better than others. ppl who I rate would be
Me - I trip around every major motorsport event rally, circuit and Targa
doing tyres for people and my day job is Marketing for South Pacific tyres.
Otherwise my personal tyre techs I rate list would be, in no particular order.
Peter Wildbore at Beaurepaires Palmerston North
