Put it in, you get over it pretty fast
-
Yeap, Heath is picking them up for me and he'll pass them onto you Ash at some point, I am in no rush to get them down to Welly.
-
^ Those are the wrong offset, nice looking replicas though
-
It's just 4x 15 inch wheels, if you could give me a answer in the next day or so that'd be great.
-
Alright sweet, Ashkan I'll PM you tomorrow with the details.
-
^Bastard. Hey Max, Kerry says you can throw these in when you drop my wheels off. I'll let Dutchy know, hope he has enough room in his truck, bloody E30 hoarders eh.
-
Are all you people who are bored with it driving it with a wheel with no driver aids and traction control on?
-
Hehe. Might actually use them as track wheels for my car. Dad's a old man and wants weaves for a 'factory' look. Gotta be fast on trademe these days, sorry Jack.

G260 Manual Gearbox conv. thanks to Kerry at Mosens and Dutchy for dropping it off. Fitted a brass selector knuckle sleeve already, just needs a Z3 shifter and some pressure plate bolts and it's good to go. Front suspension bits thanks to Paul at Interpart. Won some King Spring superlow (race series spec) rear springs on trademe, thanks to Dave (Silverfox) for letting me win Picking up a 3.64 LSD tomorrow. After new years some real action will begin, Dad's tossing up whether to do the rear suspension at the same time along with the manual conversion (don't need a cert for a manual conv. do you?) car is registered as a BMW 325i not a 325i/A4 etc thankfully. Exhaust will be done in the new year, current one is a catalic convertor rusted single pipe 320i POS, think for now it will be a factory exhaust manifold (cheaper in the long run to M52 etc than buy headers for rattly M20 anyway ) Dad is going to get the exhaust on mine copied - factory exhaust manifold then basically 2.5 single pipe with a coby in the middle then a resonator at the end, sounds good, probable green sticker according to my cert guy...no gunning it around cops So on the hunt for a set of 15' weaves if anyone wants to sell any and a Z3 shifter and plastic bush also. Cheers
-
Times that number by atleast 3 or 4 for bushes depending on how wild you go
-
Cheers for the offers guys. Max is going to grab them for me, is alot handier since he knows Dutchy well already. Appreciate it.
-
Hey guys, Have just brought a set of wheels off Trademe. Problem is they are in Auckland (Northcote) and I need someone to pick them up from the guy's house and drop them off at the Mainfreight depot so Dutchy can throw them in his truck for me. I'll throw you some extra $ for petrol money also. Can anyone help? PM me. Thanks, Nathan

If I was you I would try one of these for the steering flexi joint http://store.nexternal.com/shared/StoreFro...Count2=39451241 Fark can't hotlink it, go to E30 -> performance parts -> sus. + steering then click on the urethane steering coupling at the bottom of the page $20.00 Atleast guinea pig it for me and find out what it's like, cheap too. It's on my 'to do list'
-
I'll take some tomorrow morning for you if nobody does beforehand. I'll post them in your thread.
-
^ Wow. That looks outrageously badass.
-
I'll take them Rio, cheers mate, PM you this arvo.
-
^ I'd be keen for two depending on price, keep me posted. +1 on keeping with the videos, f**k the armchair haters, those who have been in a car with Henry will know how well he can pedal (as I do).
-
Looking good Henry as usual I have two polycarbonate roofs to do now early next year, I will be chewing your ears off for advice haha

Right so bit of progress already; Manual conversion courtesy of Kerry (= top man) should be here by Monday Have ordered all the front half of the car part wise first (aside from the brakes which can be done later), mainly because the balljoints need replacing for a warrant while the rest of the car is sweet, so will do this half then pull the rear of the car to bits do that along with the manual conv. and interior strip etc. Want 6 months warrant on it so we can drive it around still for wheel alignments etc. So with thanks to Paul at Interpart have ordered and should be here tomorrow (ish) King Spring Race Series spec 320 front springs Race Series spec Koni front shocks Offset urethane control arm bushes New complete control arms with new balljoints included Koni bumpstops Urethane front sway bar bushes Tierods Rack ends Should be enough to keep me entertained for a week or so

Pretty sure I sold that guy my Borbet Reps...even smaller world

Cheaper the better, with matching pair tyres ideally. In Wellington -> Palmie preferable. Cheers, Nathan
