thats just about always parked in that very spot.I think that car has been around Wellington for a long time.I think it used to prk around Shelly Bay and he came to look at mine when  i sold it(as did two other E34 535 owners,one from Christchurch!

the moleworth is just a slightly under maintained gravel road.So many choices for bikes now.Being a reasonabytalll fella an adventure type bike will suit you.

an r65 would proably be slower than one of the 250s you are talking about;Even my r100 gs only had about 60 hp.If you happy with a single a bmw 650, klr 650 or a suzuki dr 650 ..THe bmw 650 actually a rotax engine.I prefer twins myself.

In no prticular order we had  PA PB And PC Vauxhalls,EH  and a 67 (ER?)Holden,The last of the pre HQ shape and a couple of HQs.Highlight was he bought a LS Monaro home one night .Was partly stripped out as they were doing some kind of muffler work on it.

Very nearly bought a VL commodore(the 3L Nissan one) but bought a BMW K100RS mororbike instead

buy a 14mm bolt  and two nuts to lock together= cheap 14 mm allen key

i beleive it also about needlessly throwing away perfectly good oil

and it still has the original plate!

be careful wiring it up mine seems to flatten the batterymuch more quickly than it should.I think i am keeping Mr Toyota "awake"

once i was in it was fine but you have to duck pretty low to get your head under the door frame

they are nice cars if you into the dynamics of good handling cars,i would have another 1 series if they werent quite so low(age and 190 cm)

jeepers i would buy an e34 just for those style 5s

that can be easily overcome....you dont tell them where you live meet at a gas station or something.But unless you have blocked acess they can maybe get your address from the number plate anyway

didnt know that ,however i think it should be completely transparent at all times what the issue is with these cars is/has been.For most people a car is a BIG purchase

i think that it absolutey shamefull that the actual status of these cars is not a matter of public record.I was in the process of buying a nissan patrol when i found out it was an aussie write of.I couldnt find out its actual history just was assured it wasnt flood damage,but they wouldnt ot coudnt tell me what/why.

When these cars come in i reckon there should be complete record which a prospective purchaser(at any time in the life of the car) can access.And that should also be true of any vehicle wtitten off in NZ.
