    hi @promo

    Hey Mate,

I currently own a bmw 7 series f01 2009, and due to some water damage i had to swap the tv module and the HSR active steering module to used ones. I am quite strapped and was recommended you by the people of the forum for coding in Wellington.

I was wondering if you could do something like that. cheers

All sorted now. Leexyj found my number

  2. Anything custom i.e bigger injectors, turbo etc would be best on a Dyno if you want to achieve maximum gains. Flash tunes like stage 1, 2 are tested on thousands based on your model so yes preset. I use alttune who are based in Taupo.

I can also do data logging if you wish to do maximum gains.

Search my name on here and bmw fb pages. You'll see lots of reviews. I tune all makes and models not just BMW

    Hey, i have a 2006 320i E90  Mspec and im popping a P0430 code

Catalytic converter system low effeiceny bank 2'

My mechanic reckons i need a new catalytic converter.

Im wondering if i can just Straight pipe it.

will this mess with the Computer or anything? what does the O2 senser plug into if its just straight piped?

Is it even legan in nz?  just dont wanna spend 3k on a second hand converter and labour.

    Hiya,

if you decide to straight pipe it i can reflash ecu for you so you wont have those codes.

  5. This is very easy. Your fsc certs are being rejected and VO has been changed back to jap. You will potentially need me certs and coding done plus nav maps for NZ. Drop your vehicle to my place I'll sort for you

Also careful if you take to a novice. These id5 and id6 units have region locks and you will get a blank screen if you try and code yourself

I think that was sort of done. They removed this module and the car can drive. But in doing it they also broke the OBC since from I have been told the OBC is powered from the immobiliser module and to get the OBC to work it shouild be possible to connect the power directly to it from the cable that went to the immobiliser.  But I don't think the immobiliser is broken - it just needs to be programmed to the key or something like that.

    This is what they removed

If it is really broken I saw this on Ebay

Just not sure if it has to be programmed to the car

Ah this module, the last one i did was a 1996 750IL and sits behind the cluster and controls lights, indicators etc. it also holds the odometer reading. if the same module i can clone the MCU data to the donor one. Also your old could be repaired. on the power side its only IC;'s and mosfets controllers.
