Your been driving for a while, hopefully you havent picked up to many bad habbits! been 5 years since i went... but i think they make sure also that your a defensive driver, and i think they ask you to name some hazards? well they did with me. make sure you check your mirrors all the time, and glance down side streets. I dont think you need lessons, they are expensive 50 or so each, and thats over half of another resit if you fail.

Hey, Im after some E36 coupe door cards, had a squiz on trademe, and the ones that they are selling arent too flash. Dont mind the material sagging abit, as i can re upholster it but the vinyl must be all in tact. (my current ones have lifted above the door trays. Dont really NEED the rear ones, but understandable if you only wish to sell as set. Thanks Craig

most the time they are holden S commodores or SV6... never seen a red one though, generally silver or black. Ive come across a Blue Mazda 6, a few camrys and a newish toyota.... umm starts with A, they are like the camry replacement in this light green colour. The one to watch out for in the hamilton area is the station wagon holden, that has a ladder on the roof.

yea thats the way i was going to do it, but the problem is getting the wires from the rear of head unit to that area (or getting the down behind the AC unit) any one have any hints/? im sure theres absolutely no room!

I thought thats IAG was NZI and State's head? When my car got stolen last year i listed i had mag wheels and that was it. But by that time it got stolen i had done alot of work to it, had the full rice works and changed my 17s to 18s. then when it got stolen they asked if i had any mods done apart from the mags, i said "No, apart from a head deck" and then my whole insurance cover had to go to an under writer to see if i could get paid out having an after market head deck. Lesson learned... dont do too many mods with out stating it! because if the unfortunate happens and it gets ripped off you loose ALOT of money. Then 2 weeks later my flat got robbed, NZI was really good to deal with (but my flat mate that was with state seemed to have got a way better deal and quicker). Ive never been a fan on Tower, they are good to deal with when it comes to claiming. I guess in these tough economic times theft rates are at the highest level, due to people that dont have jobs. So who can really blame the insurance companies for wanting to stare clear of vehicles which are more attractive to thieves.

yeah thought i would have to do that, where are all the screws for removing these? sorry about the lame questions its just already breaking the glove box, i dont want to break any thing else! i had the centre console out today, found the screw hiding under the hazard light!

Well, when i installed my amp and sub in my old mitsi, it was easy as! Now i brought just a reg 12" sub and amp ( i work at repco P/time to piked it up for a good price) ive connected all the wires in the boot, but im having ALOT of trouble running the wires through the rear of the head deck, there just seems to be no room! Then i got frustrated and broke my glove box accidentally... so now ive gotta sort one of those out! does any one have any hints on how to run the wires to the boot (easiest route), have people gone along the door sills under the carpet of along the centre consoles? After today i wish i never started this. Also does any one know where i can grab a 2nd hand glove box from (i think the whole latch is buggered, it wouldnt open so i pulled it and broke the little metal D shape metal latch)

Hey, My names Craig Been on here abit over the past 10 months reading some postings, but thought i'd introduce myself and my car... 22 year old Uni student... trying hard to save to update my car abit! Got a E36 318iS... Brought it exactly like it is (its got M3 badges which is realllllly try hard but havent got round to taking them off!) got a few aftermarket goodies such as 19" mags and HID headlights... will upload better photos when i find a mint place to take them
