  1. Well after using it for about 8 months now as a daily work ute I am sadly having to move it on(another project is calling). Pictures do the talking but it started life as a Mk3 station wagon and morphed in to a Ute painted in a BMW grey metallic. What you need to know: Full VR6 running gear 24V AUE engine running on AAA management Two remote mounted 1.8T K03 turbo's with standalone oil system in rear tray deck 17" BBS wheels Adjustable suspension etc etc Fully Certified for all work Starts and runs perfectly daily and is surprisingly good on fuel too. The turbo is plumbed under the car, very simple. Exhaust comes up through deck and splits to both turbos, then continues back under car and out the back. Intake joins and goes forward where it goes up the back of engine and in to intake. Recently fitted AEM Tru-boost controller as well as Innovate wideband gauge. AEM water/meth kit installed at same time, currently runs 9.5 psi on standard compression so nice and smooth and, as said, economical too. Power estimated at around 300bhp. 14s 1/4 mile Any more questions please email me barry@m-developments.co.nz Offers in region of $15k, believe me that's a bargain. Car in Queenstown but delivery can be arranged.
  2. Hi Guys, I am bringing in some Wotbox's from USA. To keep it all honest I am selling these with a slight margin only to cover the one that I am bringing in for myself. I have ten available and 4 of them are already spoken for so be quick. They are not vehicle specific so will work on most vehicles, simply requires a clutch switch for activation and everything else will already be in your car. Details: To explain the WOT box in short: 2-Step Launch Control: modulates the ignition by cutting power to individual ignition coils to hold the RPM you want to launch at. The Turbo will then spool up a bit, and you can launch while already in boost! No-Lift Shifting(WOT Shifting): makes no-lift shifting easy by cutting your engine's ignition for a very short period while you no-lift shift. No-lift shifting is when you have your foot to the floor in any gear, push the clutch in to shift, while keeping you foot on the gas. The ignition cut allows the synchros in your transmission to mesh easily, reducing the chance of missing a gear and damaging your transmission. Keeping your foot down through the shift also allows you to hold boost through the shift, thereby significantly improving your E.T. Mk5 GTi Launch control On a Mazda 3 but listen to 1st to 2nd change, no lag coming back on throttle at all. These can be used on cars without turbos too with benefits so don't think they are just for turbo cars. Any questions just ask or PM me. Price is $260 per unit! They are $189USD + Freight from USA which is around $280 right now. Comes with serial to USB converter to adjust settings of unit for shift times and rev limits etc, all user programmable.

    M60 For an E30

I think the V8 would honk along in an E30, felt good in the E34.

    M60 For an E30

Only if you wanted a turbo yes. email me mate and I will tell you what I had in mind. barry@databusters.co.uk
  5. Thanks for the reply, my brother seemed to think the E34 shocks were an upgrade on the E30's. He obviously got it wrong, thanks for clearing it up.

    M60 For an E30

Hey mate, I am the guy selling the engine, you could have it with the Tiptronic Auto, still has selectable gears. I have been thinking of buying an E30 and putting the engine and box in, I think it would still be fun and a great driver even with the Auto. It would be mental with a turbo or two on it(I had an idea to run a couple of turbos at 5-6psi and aim for 350bhp. My brother has a 318 Turbo and I keep telling him I will build a V8 to beat him hahaha. Cheers, Barry.
  8. Do shocks from an E34 fit on an E30 and are they any sort of upgrade? Regards, Barry
  9. That is great, would go well with my Rangey.
  10. Hey mate, Did you send me a message through TM? I just sold wheels I am afraid, you were only a day late. Springs are still there $150 plus freight mate. Barry
  11. Yeah I sent him a PM.
  12. I have this E34 3.0l M60 engine sitting doing not much and I like the idea of stuffing it in an E30 or possibly E36, have searched about the web but never found anything really conclusive on what is required to do the conversion? Will probably just keep the Auto as I don't want to spend a fortune on a manual from Germany, but the Auto is MASSIVE so not too sure how well it would sit under an E30. So does anyone have any info on these conversions, I want something realtively easy not a pain in the ass, purely cause I am a lazy bastard.
  13. Not sure it will be of interest but will try: I sold my YFZ Quad to build this Supermoto, I am not sure I made the right decision as I really miss my quad. Now I know how much I have spent but understand you never get that so what do you guys think it would be worth? It is: 2005 WR450, fully road legal first registered 2007. Rego on hold. Engine: Fully rebuilt with new bearings and seals throughout Brand new casings from USA at stupid money Cases modified to use Quad oil squirter nozzle to safe guard the common WR wrist pin failure 07 YFZ oil pump, higher flow and pressure for nozzle upgrade Brand new WR Crank Athena 480cc Cylinder JE Piston Ported head with Kibblewhite +1 valves Radius cut valve seats YZ exhaust cam FCR Carb sent to USA and taper bored to 42mm White Brothers Carbon Pro 2 Titanium system(my favourite bit to be honest) Wheels and brakes: Excel Rims with Talon Gold hubs Dunlop GP Sportmax tyres Braking front 4 pot caliper and 320mm rotor Brembo master DID Gold chain Frame: Re-painted silver New One Industries Graphics UFO Supermoto front fender Trailtech Vapor dash Now I have JUST finished this build, literally done 20 mins up the road to test it and then dropped the oil, filter and coolant for new. I also still have all standard bits for off road. As you can see I have spent a FORTUNE and everything is what I consider the best. The top end head work is what makes these big bores really breath. I pumped around $6k in to this bike, will sell for $8k. So what do you think? Some pics: Mid build Parts The bike, now some eagle eyed ones will notice some bits missing but that's just the day I got it together properly. The beating heart of the beast -
  14. Where do you even find manual boxes for them, if I could find one I think the V8 in an E36 would be nice.
