Yeah I parked in New Market once and paid for my parking, came back a few hours later and the car was gone. 1st thought was it may have been stolen or something. Luckily I saw a tow truck driver nearby and asked if he knew if it had been towed.

The number plate matches up on car jam http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=XM1479+&search=Check to what he is saying. Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully he can get it back soon.

Its not something I would put on my car. What does the front look like?
-
Where exactly did you measure from?
-
Checked before and its pretty even at the bottom of the car. Not exactly sure where to meassure but it was 17 cm from the ground to the underside of the car at the front and 18cm at the back. Couldnt get a decent camera to show what I mean. kinda weird how its slightly higher at the back yet the front sits so much higher. Would it be possible to compress the front springs a bit? Its another idea thats been suggested but not too sure on it.

I asume its gonna be similar to the shows where they have a live audience standing around them? Would be interesting to see anyway. Depending on the price off course.

They look amazing on your car! I didn't think 18's would fit as I have been told before. I dont think your front is quite as bad as mine though. How much are they and how long do you have to wait?

One was on sale for $1.6mil USD which is $2,792,496.22 NZD

Its pretty level parked there. Like I said, you just cant see it very clearly in those pictures. I'll take another couple when I get home. And it has been lowered at the front and back. The same springs are in the front and back. I saw them installed myself. What springs are in yours? Thats the kinda height I'm after for the front.

Just a smallish sub but its not that heavy.
-
The tires are 17's. Didn't think they would be too small. Wow I just noticed The difference in guard heights. Didn't think it was that different. Wouldn't that idea just raise the back slightly to make it look similar heights? I would be more interested in lowering the front a little bit more.

Thats one sexy car

Hey people. Something that has been annoying me for a while with my car is it sits alot higher at the front then at the back. Are most e30's like this? It has been lowered on B+G super lows. Is there anyway to even out the ride height? Without having to do something dodgy and cut out a coil of the front spring (as has been suggested to me before). Kinda difficult to see just how bad it is in the pictures below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I like the dash in that car.

Haha I went there and after an hour I broke my arm. That was a few years ago. Thought you meant the actual car doing a backflip. Although this is still pretty impressive.

I was just about to have my dinner but that thing just put me off...

Yeah I managed 6.5" but I had to take out the small panels infront of the door. I suppose you could but them to fit but I didnt want to do that. Also you need to unbolt the bonet latch to be able to get the left speaker out and in. Kinda at awkward to unbolt it too.

Ok thanks a lot. I'll check when I get home. Hotmail is blocked at uni.

Would an oil pan from a 2 liter would fit on a 2.5 liter?
-
I hate it. Exactly the same interior as mine but without those blue and red things on the seat and mines alot better condition. Looks so much nicer with just black trimming and not wood. That things so ugly. What were they thinking?
-
Well I have only just reaplaced my break rotors so it shouldn't be that. Must just be that. I'll take it down to magwarehouse.com and see if they can do anything when I have the time/money.

Yeah well in the panels just infront of the front doors. Pretty sure they were 6.5". I had to take out the plastic panels that covered he factory speakers there so they could fit. I'll double check when I get home what size they are. I remember they could only JUST fit in. They look nice as they are good looking speakers, although you can see a bit of the metal of the car because the small panels aren't there. You could always cut the panel but I couldn't be bothered with that. Also the bonnet catch does get in the way. I didn't have to cut mine down but I did have to unbolt it and take it off to remove the panel and the old speaker.
