listen to what glenn is saying, save yourself the hassle, grease etc will not work machine or replace the rotors it is common that there is a slight lip on the disc or wear hardening and that will be the issue

have grey sport seats in leather and sports seats in Tan leather, have black roof liners with black pillar trims and black sunvisors cheers J & K

just a couple of additional comments... 1st of all, if this is the first time you have done this.. I'd remove the brake light switch, just to prevent you breaking it when you pull the pedal out. It however isn't nessecary, then take the clip/ pin out I'd leave the spring on, undo the long pivot bolt, when you start to move the pedal out the spring is far easier to remove, its all pretty self explantory once you start doing it cheers

this might be a long shot.... has it got a towbar, seen 2 instances in the past month with trailer plugs being bottomed out in the E34's causing shorts and tripping check controller diagnose before spending have LKM modules if you need one currently wrecking 3 E34's one is a V8 Cheers Jon
