Gusdawg - he just wants a straight answer. E36 - E34. In a sense its a trade-up (3er-5er, more luxury, more refined) but also in a sense its a trade down (E36, 1994 or so to E34 1990) They both cancel out each other. Its really your own choice - just consider those two factors.

Not the best conversion , but I'd give him a 5/10 for doign soemthing different. Though I'd take the engine ouf of a Chrysler 300c SRT8 - Take the exhaust off and have it revving at the headers. Nothing better than a symphony of 8 cylinders filling your ears

1970's Camaro theme. Why the Jaffa theme Andy?

I'm sure Andrew is working on the colour scheme - it will probably be the default colour included for the forum software. Suits a 1970's Camaro forum though. Blue grey white and back - a mix of those colours would be sa-weet Andy. Good job so far though Andrew - props.

Bad experiences. 1994 320i - E36, about 80km on the clock, looked to be in good condition , FSH, and everything. But alas, it was a wolf in sheeps clothing. About 2 months later - it was towed to BMW because it wouldn't start. Was thought to be a minor problem, various factors contributing to the problem.. etc. 3 Months later... 320 is still at BMW. All sorts of problems had arisen. Really bad experience. Ended up trading it on our present KIWI NEW, 65,000km 5er. God knows where it is now. Don't do it. But like Silver Fox said, it may just be a bad apple? Who knows.
