  1. the whole point of this was, the front bumper where the plate goes, heightwise only fits a europlate, normal plate hangs off the bottom and looks stupid.

so thinking about just cutting the bottom/top of the plate a bit to make it shorter and call it a day,

anyone got a metal cutter / sander / spare time? lol

  2. yeahh mate suggested tape, don't wanna go down the sticky road.

Rather just find some rubber mounts for the screws..

might just do the rounds ~ repco , mitre10mega

    all else fails there's ebay

ps: its from germanplates.com but he used a shorter-length euro plate which he had no frame for,

    36CM long

  3. yo yo

where would i go to get either..

rubber mount for screws to act as a spacer between the number plate / bumper

    or

a generic, compact numberplate mount (not the massive square metal blocks ...) or rubber screw mount anything really

    placemakers? mitre10? jaycar?

  4. Ive got a set of personalized plates and want to have them printed on the euro plates but plates.co.nz are keen to charge me $299 to do so.

Wheres the best place online to purchase them from in everyone's experience?

    Thanks,

    Rick

    www.germanplates.com

Various styles, all cool, ordered off them about 2 years ago for a mate, ordered a pair for my car 2 days ago

type in this coupon at checkout also for 10% off: 10off

Total cost came out to $73USD for 2 plates SHIPPED from germany to new zealand.

    plates.co.nz can shove it

ps: could care less if they're not legal, NEVER heard of anyone getting pulled over for it

pps: wow the 2 guys above me recommending it too, this guys popular
