Hi folks Looking for a E30 2.7 cylinder head for my 1989 325. Casting model no. 1705 885. Must be in good condition. If it has been pressure and cracked tested, even better

I would stay well away from Arlington Motors. Pack of monkeys. Don't be fooled just because they have a contract with merc dealers. I know from personal experience. My car returned with more damage than what it had to begin with. They offered to fix the damage, but just tried (and failed) to cover it up. I gave them 3 opportunities to get it right. Really disappointing as they had been referred to me also. I had to take it elsewhere in the end. Mike and his team at The Surgery are pros and I would highly recommend.

Sorry for the stupid girlie question.... Had a look on ebay and they all appear to be plastic, whereas mine aren't. Will they fit okay. Or should I get 4, so they all match? My brother inlaw said original ones are as rare as rocking horse sh*t...lol. cheers

As the heading suggests, wanted to buy centre caps to fit my 15" basketweaves. If anyone wants to sell cheers

For rust work on my sunroof I used Mike at The Surgery, Wall Street off Kenepuru Drive. Great work and great advice. If your sunroof has been leaking I would also suggest checking the carpet isnt wet, and pulling up to check on any rust patches there.

maintenance forum Check out the above forum link. Follow the link from Nic352i, the E30 Zone website helped me with my water leaks. Very interesting reading. I've also been told that the seal on a sunroof doesn't prevent water getting in. I used an air compressor to blow out any gunk. Good luck!

After some investigating I've found I'm missing an "elephant trunk". Water is also getting in through the heater assembly unit and I need a new rubber seal for around the bonnet. I cleaned out the sunroof drains a while ago and window wiper grills are all clear. I pulled the carpet up some time ago and found a lovely surprise. Water had been leaking through two small rust holes behind the dash and under the windsheild... all lovingly repaired now.

Thanks for that! Interesting reading.

but is it supposed too? I've just spent a small fortune on repairs to this area.

Hi people Should water get in through the engine bay bulk head? I have two puddles on each side of the front floor area that have appeared after washing the car, and degreasing the engine bay. Cheers

WOW that is the hottest car I've seen in a long time! Love the rims Great purchase!

Stay clear of Arlington Motors....a pack of monkeys. I'm still fixing their stuff up with my car. Currently dealing with Mike at the surgery...has been fantastic!
