Sorry if this was a hoax email thing, and i am quite trusting, but this is the experience she had, which made me believe the above post was not a hoax: "I would like to let you know how real this is.....this is true and this is what happened to me yesterday driving to Kawerau. On the Mamaku Hills coming into Rotorua on the RHS of the road, going down a hill, a man lying in the ditch on the side of the road, he had a red bandanna around his neck which to me indicated gang affiliation.......directly behind him was a heavily wooded area - there was no car or bike to indicate that he had got off/out of a vehicle and was "sleeping". When I phoned the Police ..... I didn't stop driving through......I advised the Police of the situation and that I believed he was a gang member by the type of clothing he was wearing........they advised that I shouldn't stop and that just phoning them was the right thing to do......."

Hey guys, been on BS for over 6 months, been lazy so didnt bother on a project thread, but decided to start one now Right, got this 316i coupe off trademe. Was very excited owning my 1st e30. I had no idea the grief i was gonna go thru when i bought it though. The exterior seemed like it just needed some paint, but the rust is another story altogether. I knew there was some near pillars and fuse box, but had no idea about some of the others. I wish that was my work, but not pro enough as i cant weld. Jordan Panelbeaters did an awesome job of it. I thought that was the end of it, but nooo, old Rusty had to play hide and seek. Found a pool of water under my carpets. Here's the f'ed valance after the rear tech II came off. After the Murder of Rusty, i drove the car for next few months, seeing what needs changing and maintaining. Got my drums converted to discs, changed my Kings to Eibachs, fixed my fuel leak near my fuel rail and wired up my sound system. The car currently has the following mods: Drums to discs Lowering springs 325i front struts Future list: Wheels going on in the next few weeks Tidy up the exterior a little bit more Tweeterz Engine transplant of course, when the m40 dies. Here's pics of the car now, its nothing special ( BS standards are too high ) but its been a very educational journey, learnt alot of new things and this is in no way finished yet.

thats an awesome job. did you just grind away the rust, or put some epoxy/polyurethane rust products on it afterwards?
