The 4.6is sits at 16.0 round auckland and 15.7 on the open road so not sure if theres much of a difference between that and the 4.4 but 13.1 seems a bit generous.

Finally panel work is done So the car had a huge rust hole on the rear bumper, that's fixed, wind screen cracked when they pulled it out so new windscreen, inside has been painted along with the cage, and the front bumper secured =) Goal is to get to the Xmas meet, so here the TO DO list so far. - wheels - tires - koni's - replace loom - anyone know how to get all the wiring in those tubes and where to get the tubes from like on Ollies build. ( makes it all look tidy! ) - fit dash - authority card - WOF - Tune Also, all the pedals are sht hard to push down. might just be the springs haven't had a good chance to look but any ideas on that would be appreciated =) - Race =)

Its because there are way more M3 Hard tops in NZ than cab's. Talk to kiwiauto.co.nz, Dad got his e46 m3 cab from them in 2008 for round 40k. good luck

Only opened and used for a day. Pretty much brand new. Still in packaging ( without little sticker that keeps one side of the lid closed =D Looking for round 80 for it.... 120 Brand new so I think its reasonable. $$$ going towards my bosskit and wheel =DDDDDD

Dead right. Don't want to start another argument but some of us must agree that you can't pass a truck at 100kph. If you do your the only one whose going to get past and you'll cause a problem if you take ages to get past when you have 2-3 cars coming with you. Which I believe is more dangerous than someone going past at 120-130. And it should be a target. If your going 80 down state highways, people will pull out in front of you and this will cause more problems. And with the nature of some NZ drivers they will tailgate and be aggressive in passing the 80-90k car who thinks 100kph on a long straight road is too fast. Just my opinion.

+1 I can't complain that it was so easy to get my learners but I know it should be harder and we need to be taught properly from the start. Don't think most of the next gen has the luxury of doing defensive driving courses that some of us benefit from.

Think he means some people are very good with the work itself but don't have the people skills? Like some people just can't be taught to be able to relate or have that skill with customers. Might be wrong but thats just what I've learnt from watching the UK apprentice over and over =)

Hey hey haha The trick is to use it in sports mode and thrash it. Way down to Levin we got it to 15.1/100km. Around Auckland it sits at 16. Spoken to a few people who have driven both the Ml55, Cayenne, and 4.6is and They all say the X5 just feels better, much much better handling, not as quick in a straight line but as a package I think most will agree the x5 is the better car. The X5 just looks cooler, like its just silly, which is so cool. Like the super wide tyre's its just silly for a SUV but its makes me like it.

Watching Free practice two, what a great looking track. Apart from that put lane enterance that looks very wrong. I'd put money on those Red bulls again but Schumacher looking good again on another drivers circuit. But I love that final section of corners.

Also new for the next-generation M5 will be BMW’s KERS (kinetic energy recovery system) technology taken from F1, complete with a boost function and fuel-saving technologies including cylinder cutoff. Don't even think bout a Range Rover. We were speaking to Adam Clayton ( Jerry Claytons son ) And he said that all his guys in the industry were always booked with Range Rovers. They the most unreliable thing ever. I still love the interior and the luxuries but more luxuries you have the more can go wrong I guess.

You could get a pretty good E53 X5 4.4i or 4.8i or even 4.6is if you lucky for round that area. Here's a pretty good 4.4i http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-320785443.htm Better looking than the merc I think as well as interior but they sound just as good when you boot it.
