Have done for the past two years. Last year went really well, nominated for 5 regional awards and took 3 of them. Will be doing it again this year, have just purchased a Canon 7d so will be trying that out. Still looks like they won't be accepting HD formats yet.... ah well.

Yea I saw Jeds one in the showroom, but as said its from chch, and its on rs's, this one was on 17's of some description. Did have bimmersport stickers though. Could have been sold with bimmersport stickers and new owner doesn't post?

Hi Guys, Yesterday around 12pm on Peachgrove Road in Hamilton an e30 318iS drove past the peachgrove road dairy. It was Red, on black/gunmetal dished wheels, iS front lip, two younger (20's) guys in the front, and an "offers" sticker on the back window. Drove past too fast for me to get the number. Had Bimmersport stickers on it, hence the post. I've looked in the sale section and on trade me, but cant find it. Does anyone know who this belongs to?/contact details. Cheers

So this finally became a parts car? Good stuff, should have been one 5 years ago, would have saved me a lot of money. Best of luck getting rid of the final bits.

Wasn't that clean when we got it, but shows what can be done with some chemicals, some gloves, some hard work and some paint, if you've got the time. Just wish I had enough money to continue to get the rest of the car up to that standard. Was a good start! Cheers

Hey, Sorry about the late reply. Car is AUTO Last time it failed its WOF it only failed because it had a hole in the exhaust. This was 4 years ago, but the car has never left the garage so cant see why it would fail on any other things. Needs a starter Motor to run again, Hasn't been turned over in a long time however. Nothing has been done to it since that photo. Apart from sit in the garage. Hey guys. Finally saying goodbye to the e30. Its sat in the garage for far too long untouched, and i don't think anything further is going to happen to it. I purchused it not running back in 05, swapped in a new engine, got it running, and planned to build it up, but that never happened. With that said tho, it has had a lot of bits done here and there, and if someone was to buy it as a parts car they would be getting a lot of goodies! needs wof, rear muffler and starter motor to run again. So its a 88 320i Mtech2 kit (4 door, fi-glass, no rear spoiler, rear skirt needs a little bit of tlc) Good engine, purchased from Roy, done about a 100ks Body done 240ks Some rust around battery bay Recaro cloth seats Good interior (apart from front seats need recovering) Has a lot of SA goodies on it. Rego on hold Not sure what its worth really. $1500 would be nice to try and recoup some costs. ONO Should explain, car does not currently look like photo, but will clean it up for anyone who wants to look at it.

Hey guys. Its been a long time since i last posted here regularly, and about 4 years since the bmw left the garage. We are at a point now where we (My dad and I) need to decide if we move on from the e30, sell it as a whole or as parts, or if we find a good donor car and put all the nicer bits of the direlect bmw in the garage and have a half decent e30. There is two points to this post, one is to see what people think is a good idea to do, and the other is to see if anybody has any offers of: A) money for the car or parts Knows somebody who is selling a clean facelift that suits what Dad and I are after. We would be looking for a 2 door (preferably), manual 2.5 face lift. So it makes it a bit harder to come across something so specific, hence posting the question here to see if anybody has or knows anyone selling/thinking of selling. As the other option, parts we would possibly have for sale if we chose this route are a (fiberglass, probably not genuine) 4 door Mtech II kit minus wing, reacro styled seats, obc, good 2 litre engine, done around 100K etc etc Lets see what people have to say/have?

So its really sorta split 50/50 at the mo isn't it. I like thW shape of the 306 more, but the golf looks better lowered on bbs etc than the 306 would with like-wise mods, i think 306 is $1000 cheaper than golf im looking at. Ugly blue interior tho...

Yea, front wheel drive. Am used to it now after owning the levin for a year, so wont notice anything.
